    Tim Vermeire (Kindu, RD Congo, 1977) worked for Score in South Africa after completing his Physical Education studies (KH Leuven). He then went on to study in the areas of Sports Management, Marketing, Product Management, Neuroscience, Sustainable Employability and Innovative Work Organisation. In 2005, he founded Still Movin'. A concept around the development of human potential and well-being within organisations. Attentia took over Still Movin' in 2012. There, he was Business Unit Manager, Lead Consultant, Senior Product and Business Developer, among others.

    From his organization Fields Of Growth, he focuses on collective leadership, sustainable employability and cultural issues within organizations. This is based on his mission to make people and organizations stronger and more agile.

  • Gaëtane Lenain

    Gaëtane Lenain

    A researcher in Astrophysics, Gaëtane turned after a few years to a career in the service of people and organizations, taking on roles in communication, recruitment and sales. She works with leaders who like to push the limits of the impossible, often in large multinational companies active in the High Tech and New Technologies sectors. Originally from Belgium, her international career has taken her to Chile, the Netherlands and the United States. With these experiences she developed her sense of openness to others and a strong taste for multicultural collaborations.

    Since 2010, Gaëtane has coached Leaders and managers of major international groups and start-ups in aligning their vision, values and strategy, enabling them to see far beyond their limits.

  • Jan Aquarius

    Jan Aquarius (Neerpelt, Belgium, 1984) holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and has worked as a project manager and team leader for a large part of his career, mainly in CRM implementation projects. Always passionate about the people part of management, Jan changed course in 2017 and started his own business with the aim to make teams and organisation thrive by focusing on adaptivity, personal growth, communication and coaching skills.

    His approach is hands-on, seasoned and results-oriented.
