Individual Coaching and Job Crafting

The AQ model is the basis of our individual coaching. Our coaches not only have extensive experience as coaches, but also a thorough knowledge of the business world. In addition, they rely on highly relevant scientific foundations, namely those of the Neuro-cognitive Behavioural Method (NGM) and the AQ.ai assessment. Both methods offer very valuable insights into our behaviour, our temperaments and our adaptability. Based on these findings, it is possible to get a good idea of your future work: possibly by crafting your job, adapting it, or navigating to a different future of work.

We have developed an AQ 45+ coaching programme specifically for the target group of 45+ employees.

Executive Coaching

As a leader, you are a leader of change but also a leader in change.

In other words, your role as a manager is also changing and requires different skills and/or a different view or approach. Leading in these changing times requires a lot of courage by asking the right questions: What does the hierarchy of the future look like? What leadership style and roles are needed now? What about status? And how can you as a leader absorb and initiate change with your team members? And this in an optimal balance between self-management and control.

Keynotes and book

The Book "AQ, adaptive intelligence, living lighter, working smarter" has been on the market since 15 January 2021 and the second edition is already out. In this book the 5 principles of AQ are explained in a very practical and recognisable way. Each principle is concluded with a chapter "Getting started" with techniques, reading- or watching tips to get to work in a concrete way. The book is further spiced up by means of gripping interviews with well-known Flemish people such as Dieter Coppens, Raf Walschaerts, Dixie Dansercoer, Marc Herremans and Ozanne Mertens.

Team BivAQs

A Team bivAQ is a two-day event during which you and your team reflect on your teamwork, the wellbeing of each individual and your ability to adapt.

From a Team AQ Assessment and a focused intake, we build a NWOW plan, a New Way of Working plan that meets internal and external objectives and that takes the changes you are facing into account . We work with our Team AQ canvas to discuss the development of each team member and the collective in a focused way. Together we are ready for tomorrow, with attention for each other. We use inspiring locations in the Ardennes, at the sea or at another chosen location.

Team Crafting

Team Crafting makes the link between the activities and the talents of a team. By focusing on this, we succeed in positively influencing the cooperation, motivation and job satisfaction of the employees. This exercise is a must have in the context of the current changes your organisation is undergoing.

This guidance includes workshops and concrete tools to apply team crafting within teams. We follow the steps below:

  • We identify the talents in relation to the context and collective goals.

  • We identify those activities that are a source of energy and those for which this is less the case.

  • We initiate dialogue and identify needs.

  • We look at the work from a new angle, sometimes by making small changes.

Team Adaptivity Programs

This program is tailor-made for a department or company that wants to strengthen the adaptability of a group of employees. Complexity of the organisation, changes in the market and in systems, changing needs of customers, employees' mentality being afraid of change, etc. Usually, there are enough challenges.

Our program has several phases and lasts a minimum of 3 months. To make a difference not only in the short term but also in the long term, we work with the methodology of AQ Loops. Bij doing so, we install new behaviour and unlearn old ones. We stimulate employees to be the leaders of and in change. Here too, the scan, the design phase as well as the AQ assessment are crucial tools for working in a targeted way with impact.

Organisational Adaptivity

Strategic well-being policy 2.0 - a plan for sustainable employability of your team

An organisation has a mission and wants each individual to contribute to it. As an employer, how do you ensure that you create an optimal climate for the well-being of your people? But also, how do you put your employees in charge of their own well-being, how do you strengthen their willingness to change and their resilience? Not by doing more, but by doing the right things with a clear focus and a clear overview.
We work together with a multidisciplinary team from your organisation and draw up a total policy that provides an answer to the challenges of your organisation and your employees, both tomorrow and the day after.

Re-boarding policy

Covid-19 and the changes in our society have made us realise that we can and must organise our work differently. Finding a good balance between remote and physical work at the workplace is one element of this challenge: hybrid working as we call it. But hybrid working is also about the coordination at team level in order to work together optimally. How do we work on this together? What is the framework within which we can (re)organise ourselves?

In drawing up this plan and programme, we take account of elements such as role definition and coordination, team agreements for efficient communication, monitoring focus for quality work with full attention, working from the goal, digital skills and information sharing, forms of leadership, workplace design, etc.

By integrating these different elements, employees understand what is essential to organise their work well and to cooperate optimally in times of change.

Leadership programmes: Employability & Adaptability by great leadership

Together with Dixie Dancecourt and one or more experts we go to Sweden or the Ardennes to come to a deep and qualitative reflection. Together we build a structured plan for your Future of Work.
